Thank you for shopping at Samdar Jewels. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, as outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 1 day of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at sumit@samdarjewels.com immediately. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased from Samdar Jewels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please note the following guidelines:
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sumit@samdarjewels.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked service for your return shipment to ensure it is received safely.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable:
- Personalized Jewelry: Any customized or engraved items, including personalized name necklaces or custom rings, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
- Products marked as Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., products that are damaged, missing parts, or returned in a condition other than received).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the given timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sumit@samdarjewels.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for products at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original product within the 14-day return window and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sumit@samdarjewels.com with photographs of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For international orders, return policies remain the same as outlined above. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we advise using a tracked return service for international shipments.
